Melvin S. Santos, D.Min., is the founder, speaker, and author of the Discipleship Master Plan Institute (DMPI). Dr. Santos is a passionate speaker, and a compassionate marriage and family counselor who specializes in marriage crisis spiritual counseling.  Dr. Santos is the senior pastor of the Nashville First Seventh-day Adventist Church in Nashville. He is an international lecturer/presenter and a sought after mentor for pastors.  Dr. Santos is the author of the Discipleship Master Plan: A Step by Step Guide for Creating Disciple-making Pastors and Churches.

 

He is married to Juliet Alfonso Santos, MSN, FNP-BC, a board certified family practice nurse practitioner, entrepreneur and healthcare information technology consultant. She is also the co-founder, co-speaker and Executive Director of the Discipleship Master Plan Institute. Together, they train and mentor pastors, church leaders and couples in North America in developing a richer, fuller life in Christ. They have been happily married for 28 years and have three young adult children.
